  • YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?
    Yes, I love putting together workshops for groups - from teachers, to corporate professionals to sports teams. I have presented to middle school, high school, club and college lacrosse teams. I also offer cooking demos and workshops for groups at people’s homes or on zoom where individuals cook alongside of me from their own kitchens.
  • WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
    Once we book your initial consultation, you will complete your paperwork online for me through a user friendly software program called Nutri Q which includes a comprehensive questionnaire, a health history and a 3 day food and mood journal. Come to the initial consultation with an open mind and a notebook!
  • DO YOU OFFER IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS?
    I work with people in person - out of my home, your home or have office hours at Balance Personal Training Studio in Chestnut Hill. The majority of my clients work with me virtually from the comfort of your own home or from your lunch break at work. In a virtual environment, I can do things like share my screen with you to review labs, show you how to saute spinach from my kitchen or help you build your grocery cart online

  • WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
    I work with all ages. I work with pregnant moms looking to nourish their babies in utero, toddlers with picky eating struggles, school aged children and teens who need support with better nutrition to fuel better focus in the classroom and performance on the field, and even college students looking to stay healthy when away from home. I work with adults with gut health and digestive issues, hormone imbalances like PCOS or perimenopause struggles, elevated cholesterol or glucose, autoimmune disorders like psoriasis or Hashimotos or mood disorders like OCD to anxiety and depression.
