Initial Nutritional Consultation
90 minute comprehensive session where I get to know all about your health history, your symptoms, your roadblocks and your goals. Prior to the meeting you will complete a 3 day food and mood journal and the Nutri Q comprehensive questionnaire to assess symptom burden in the body. During this session, I design a personalized protocol for you with a nutritional plan and supplement, exercise, sleep and stress management recommendations.

Follow up Visits
One 45 minute follow up session to check on progress, to celebrate successes and to make adjustments as needed. These follow ups hold you accountable for following through on your daily goals and are a chance to work through places you are stuck. Susan recommends a follow up visit every 3-4 weeks and at least three follow up visits to see results.

FCA Functional Clinical Assessment
The Functional Clinical Assessment is a series of muscle and reflex tests, pressure points and palpations to determine food sensitivities, specific supplementation, areas of inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, and overall organ health. This assessment yields quicker results as it pinpoints which supplements and nutritional choices will benefit the client the most.
These visits are in my home and only for clients who have completed the initial nutritional consultation.

Labwork Review
A one hour session to review functional labwork and make recommendations. Labs are ordered through Mosaic Diagnostics and are not included in the cost of the follow up appointment. Labs can include a Comprehensive GI Stool test, an OATS test, a food sensitivity panel, a hormone panel, mycotoxin or heavy metals panel.

Grocery Store Tour
Where and how we grocery shop can be a lynchpin to behavior change! It can feel uncomfortable and overwhelming to consider a new dietary approach, a new grocery store and new brands. Having made this shift for herself and her family, Susan understands how daunting this can be. Like stylists who pull all the right looks for your body type, Susan helps you put in your cart all the right foods for your goals. Going gluten free? She knows which brands to try and which to ditch. Working on gut health? She can point out the foods to buy organic and how to work fermented foods into the rotation. Need an overhaul to kids’ snacks? She has you covered and can share all of of her kids’ approved favorite swaps. One hour in the store with your coach pays you back in dividends in each future grocery store visit.

We meet at your house and look through your pantry together and discuss how to help your cabinets and fridge align with your goals. Susan helps you get your pantry organized to make “the good food win” and then helps you build a cart online of easy swaps that won’t feel like an overhaul.

Susan puts together a customized nutrition workshop for your team based on their health goals! Working with middle school athletes, she has you covered. Need a presentation for teachers, she’s got you! She includes handouts, taste testing and lots of hands-on activities bespoke to the group she is working with.
