These culinary wellness workshops can be on zoom or in person. If on zoom, participants receive a grocery list and recipes ahead of time. Participants can zoom in live or watch the recording back and cook alongside me learning both knife skills, cooking hacks and food is medicine facts about each of the foods we are using. I offer a fall, winter, spring and summer superfoods workshop with an in season menu
